Christopher Columbus
 

Christopher Columbus was born in 1451, October 12th in Genoa, Italy.

He was the son of a weaver.

King Ferdinand and Queen Isabella of Spain gave him the money and the ships to make his first voyage.

He sailed from Spain with three ships.  They were called The Nina, The Pinta, and The Santa Maria.

Columbus discovered America.
