All TAC meeting are scheduled on Fridays from 10:30 - 11:30 in the Greene-Oakes conference room (EDH # 314).The dates follow: Sept. 7, Sept. 21, Oct. 5, Oct. 26, Nov. 9, Nov. 30

• A facilities update was given by Terry. The status of the multimedia rooms and the new distance learning room were discussed breifly. An update would be given a the next meeting.
• Issues surrounding the new "FD" server were discussed: maintainance schedule, admistration, access, etc. A friday afternoon weekly backup was proposed.
• New room scheduling software is being evaluated. Terry aggreed to demo the software at the next meeting.
• John gave an update on TAC/ARTTA Initiative
• TAC Conversations on the RCOE community conversations discussion forum was shared.

• A nondebatable motion to adjourn was made, seconded, and approved by action of foot.
