Members present: George Olson, John T. Spagnolo, Robert Muffoletto , Gary Moorman , Dick Riedl, Fred Badders, Heather Wright, Terry McClannon, Michael Bennett, Charlene Sox, Mary Ruth Sizer

Media Center checkout issues were discussed and the committee by motion endorsed with slight modification, Terry's proposed check-out form and system.
Information on the upgrades of faculty machines was presented by Micheal B.

Robert M. asked if there was clear upgrade criteria for the college and clear policy for assessing and addressing technology needs. The suggested steps agreed on a the previous meeting were revisited.

Michael introduced the new features of the Novell 5.1 Networking software upgrade that both ASU at large and the RCOE now have installed. Remote access features will be demonstrated at the next TAC Mtg.
The "Web for Faculty Portal" was introduced and demonstrated which lead to a discussion of Campus Pipline issues.

ADA issues were briefly discussed. The issue seems to be, as discussed by the committee, "how many layers down should a look, feel and compliance standard be expected?

A nondebatable motion to adjourn was made, seconded, and approved by action of foot.
