Review suggested steps and TAC's role in the allocation of technology funds for the college. What process can we recommend to facilitate the systematic upgrading and maintenance of instructional technology resources and spaces.

"Policies for the allocation and use of information technology resources must be clearly stated and consistent with an institution's purpose and goals. These policies must be evaluated regularly to ensure that academic and administrative needs are adequately addressed." SACS

Software issues: We need a general policy about how we handle software "grants" from vendors. How do we make software available without endorsement? SAS inSchool, A+, etc.
